
Our Story
Nestled in the heart of West Wales, we are fortunate to work in an environment of pure air and pristine water—ideal conditions for cultivating exceptional mushrooms. Our products are lovingly handcrafted in a cottage kitchen near Crymych, Pembrokeshire, using only the finest local ingredients. We insist on using only the purest local spring water and alcohol from a nearby distillery—never tap water. Committed to quality and transparency, we never source mushrooms from China, Eastern Europe, or the US, where 73% of public water is fluoridated.
Beyond our kitchen, we are nurturing 31 acres of off-grid mature woodland and wildflower meadows, creating a thriving habitat for wild mushrooms. Currently, we are cultivating Winecaps, Lion’s Mane, Oyster, Turkey Tail, and Shiitake, while also foraging Turkey Tail and Birch Polypore from our own land. Our long-term vision is to grow all our mushrooms exclusively in Wales, following the natural rhythms of the seasons on locally sourced logs and woodchip.
Until then, we carefully source mushrooms from small, independent cultivators across Wales and the UK. We also work with a trusted friend who sustainably forages wild Chaga from Scotland’s Grampian Mountains. Every mushroom is dehydrated and blended in-house, preserving its full potency to create the premium powders and extracts that form the foundation of our health-boosting products.
